Phone Status not Changing
If you are able to change your status on your phone but not in Mitel Connect, restart your computer to re-establish a connection with the server.
If you are able to change your status on Mitel Connect, but not on your phone, you can unplug the network cable from your phone so that it resets, or, you can press the Mute button followed by 25327# and confirm that you want to Clear your phone. This will re-download the settings from the phone server.
