First Time Login for New Employee
Logging in for the first time can sometimes be a bit confusing. This guide will help you through the process of logging in for the first time, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Windows Login:
- Ensure you have received your username and temporary password from your supervisor
- Input the username and temporary password provided to you
- Upon first login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to a new, secure password
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Make sure it meets the security requirements (e.g. 14 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, number, special character)

Outlook Login:
- Open Outlook Classic (NOT New)
- Outlook should automatically fill in your email address after it launches, click "Connect"
- The next screen will again autofill in your email address, uncheck the box for "Setup Outlook Mobile" and click "Done"
- Outlook will begin to load your profile and sign into all Microsoft apps

Mitel Login
- When you first launch Mitel Connect, it will ask you for "Email or username" and Password. Below this is a button that says, "Show Advanced"
- Click on Show Advanced.
- Below "Show Advanced" there is a checkbox for "Use Windows Credentials". Check the box, uncheck it, then check it again and all of the required fields should fill in.
- Verify that the correct server has been entered before moving forward
- For ISSB the server should read "issb-dc1-mtl-o1.anc.local"
- For all other users, the server should read "Shoretel-HQ.anc.local"
- If all information is filled in correctly, you can then proceed by clicking on the Login button.

Fiserv Login
- Ensure you have received your username and temporary password from your supervisor
- Input the username and temporary password provided to you (This password is only good for 24 hours, if the password is not working, please submit a ticket to ANC IT)
- Upon first login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to a new, secure password
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. Make sure it meets the security requirements (Fiserv password requirements include a minimum length of 12 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, number, and special character)
Troubleshooting Tips

Forgot Password: If you forget your password during the process, please contact ANC IT to reset your password.

Account Locked: If your account gets locked due to multiple failed login attempts, please contact ANC IT.
