Integrated Teller Login Issues - Account Locked
If when attempting to log into Integrated Teller, you recieve an "Error: Account Locked. Exceeded password attempts" message, please reach out to your supervisor for assistance.

Supervisors: if unlocking a Teller user, it is best practice to ensure you are selecting both Clear Logon and Clear Invalid Attempts

If a Password Reset is also done, the Teller will need to select the 'Password' button after inputting the temporary password in order to login.
If no supervisors are available to assist, please submit a ticket or call Tech Support at x6006.
