In the system tray, you will see the WEM Agent Icon.

Right-Click on the WEM Agent icon and choose Refresh.

This will reload the necessary printers for you session. You can verify they come in by clicking Manage Printers on the right-click menu as well.
It may be necessary to go through the refresh process more than once to get your printers to appear.
If you are at a different location than normal, you will need to be added to the security group to access the printers at that location. Please submit a ticket for that to be taken care of.
