Premier Navigator Login Issues
If you’re unable to log into Premier Navigator and suspect you’re locked out, but you remember your password, please ask your supervisor to unlock your account.
Supervisors: to unlock a user in Premier Navigator, go to Security Control > Enable User. If no users are listed in the Disabled Users list, the user is likley not inputting the correct Username.

If you are still unable to log into Premier, or if a supervisor is unavailable, submit a ticket or call Tech Support at x6006.
If user is able to log in and receives a verification code via MFA, but receives an error stating, "Unable to process request, contact administrator" (or something similar)
1. Try logging in via Legacy Premier or Premier UI (the opposite of whatever caused the error message)
2. Wait 30 minutes for the MFA to reset and try agian.
