Citrix Desktop or App Will Not Open
Verify you are not already connected to Citrix by locating the Citrix icon in your system tray.
Right Click on the Citrix icon and choose Connection Center
If any active sessions are open on the Citrix Server, you will see them listed here. Select the top folder and click Log Off.
